Tour My Village in Poetry
Have you ever been there-
To my island home so fair?
Where the sun routinely rise
Warming up the eastern sky?
Have you experienced village life-
What was your experience like?
Come let me take you on a tour
To life in my village, just next door
Turn these pages one by one
Read until the words are done
Upon reaching where I lay my pen
There is where this tour shall end
