Kelly Brogdon Geyer
Kelly Brogdon Geyer is a Chief Adaptability Officer, author, and keynote speaker based in Austria. She works with CEOs and leadership teams at mid-size enterprises across Europe and internationally to build organizational adaptability as a permanent structural capability. Her work is grounded in two proprietary frameworks she created: the Adaptive Capability Ecosystem (ACE), which builds an organization's capacity to change continuously, and the Momentum TransforMate Ecosystem (MTE), an execution methodology developed over more than two decades of enterprise transformation work across 22+ countries. Kelly originated the concept of structural debt in organizational systems: the accumulated rigidity created by past optimization decisions that makes each transformation more expensive and less effective than the last. She is the author of Failing at Agile Transformation: How to Sabotage Your Agile Journey and A Year of Agile Quotes, and a regular contributor to The Executive Magazine. Kelly holds the CCMP credential and has been recognized as a Thinkers360 Top 10 Global Thought Leader in Transformation. Originally from Southern California, Kelly spent over a decade in corporate roles in the United States before relocating to Austria in 2017. She lives with her husband and younger son, and spends her time outside work hiking, cycling, cooking, fishing, and crocheting.
