Atanda L. L. has maintained a deep engagement with the works of foundational African thinkers such as Chinua Achebe, Walter Rodney, and Peter Ekeh, whose ideas profoundly shaped the analytical framework of this book. ATANDA L. L. Is actively involved in youth development programs, policy advocacy, community development, citizens reporter, etc.. He firmly believes that the solution to Nigeria's developmental challenges lies not in despair or emigration, but in the deliberate, collective effort of its citizens to restructure the state, rebuild the social contract, and cultivate a new culture of civic patriotism. Unshackling the Giant of Africa is his third published work, representing years of rigorous research, critical reflection, and an unwavering belief in the limitless potential of the Nigerian project. Atanda L. L. currently resides in Abeokuta, where he continues to write, research, and advocate for the structural and ideological transformation of the Giant of Africa.
