Take a Moment, Then Lead

<p style="text-align: center;">Being a leader is stressful. I don't know about you, but I am sick of all the fluff floating around on how to be a more effective leader. Take a moment, then lead is the no BS approach. It gives you the opportunity to flip open to any page, whenever you feel that stress, and gain some clarity. We all face the same or similar struggles leading people in our organizations. I share with you my insights from my own experience leading teams and employees through challenging situations.
