Professionally, I am a software engineer, not a nutritionist nor a medical doctor. However, I am one who always jumps in at the deep end. I break my habits, step out of my comfort zone, educate myself, and embrace the challenges. That is exactly what I also did for my health. I have been intensively researching medical science, human metabolism and cell biology since 2016. Along the journey, I realized the significance of nutrition in healing and preventing major chronic diseases, which in turn brought me to the ketogenic diet and intermittent fasting. Since 2017, I have eaten once a day with great results – physically, mentally, and emotionally. My mission is to help people prevent and reverse obesity and type 2 diabetes through diet and lifestyle without drugs.
