Belle Nnorom

I am a “Mummy” to two beautiful kids. My love and passion for cooking started at a very young age, watching my mother cater for schools, meetings, and families. By the time I turned 15, she made the easy decision of leaving the catering to me while she carried on with other commitments. I was in love with cooking, creating new recipes, and I would always experiment with flavours to make my dishes stand out. Ma was so proud.

Now, I am a business owner running the company, FOODACE, born out of my passion for memorable dining. I also own a spice range, FOODACE Spices, which is a product of my relentless experimentations to find flavour blends that would go one better
than seasonings available on the store shelves. I am constantly excited to discover and share amazing cooking tips and recipes.
